I was fortunate to experience living overseas when my parents relocated to the Middle East. From a young age, this meant regular travel backwards and forwards to the UK. What's the relevance? This early experience planted a seed of passion for delivering superb service to all. For me as a child, a smile from the crew, or the reassurance that we were on our way, made what could have been a painful and stressful experience an absolute joy. For me, the airport was more than a hub of activity, it felt safe, it was a homecoming, it was an awesome experience that stayed with me for life and ignited a passion for customer care.
